EDUCATION TRAINING & PROCESS

We will educate and train all employees to achieve innovation and continuous improvement. We will empower employees through increasing responsibilities to dedicate themselves to building value for all the business partners. We follow the OSHA guidelines for the safety. We follow the seven steps for the effective safety training program development (STPD)

Meticulous attention is devoted towards training and development of employees, so that individual aspirations as well as organizational objectives are met. To develop the competence of the middle level managers in leadership, managerial and soft skills, we conduct an internal course called the ‘Management Development Program’. Before joining, intensive training is given to our People by qualified instructors, where the roles and responsibilities are clearly explained and they are prepared for their new assignment.
